Adolph 15 years of experience in the fields of corporate law, commercial law, litigation, banking and immigration law. He has represented clients in number of matters before the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative agencies.
Adolph specializes in corporate and commercial law, catering to individual clients, small/medium enterprise and large corporations including foreign investors on doing business in the Philippines. He guides clients on the corporate compliance, regulatory matters, competition, licensing, intellectual property, environmental, and labor implications. His aim is to help these individuals and small businesses transform their companies from a simple enterprise to large establishments. He puts extra time and effort to understand clients’ needs and demands, thinking out of the box, and coming up with the best possible legal solution for every situation. His experience has also given him the foresight to anticipate risks that clients may encounter and thus advises clients on how to best manage these risks.
His practice exposes him to numerous negotiations and has handled a number of mergers and acquisitions for medium and large companies including bank establishments. He has been be an independent director for various rural banks including cooperatives and microfinance banks. He has also represented several associations and organizations in furtherance of their purpose and aspirations in order to protect its interests and business matters.
Adolph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Management at De La Salle University and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law. He became a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in 2005. He has worked for a law firm, real estate company and several banking establishments.Back
