Miguel attained his J.D. from San Beda College of Law Alabang and his LL.M. Masters of Law degree from Duke University Law School, North Carolina with concentrations on tech law and policies in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, blockchain, life sciences. He practices fintech, cybersecurity, M&A, IP, civil, commercial and administrative litigation. Miguel is a trained arbitrator with the PDRCI, and is an adjunct professor of Law in San Beda Law. After Duke, Miguel moved to San Francisco, CA to work with the boutique law firm Bartko Zankel Bunzel and Miller.
His free time goes to his passions in sports, travel photography, cycling, reading, and, above all, his wife and children.
